We do offer contactless pick up option. Your order will be placed outside our door for collection.
Our stock will be shipped via Australia Post within 2-8 business days of your order being placed online. Depending on Australia Post's turnaround time for delivery there maybe times where your order may take longer to receive during busy periods such as public holidays and weekends. We will do everything we can to make sure that your order is received as soon as possible.
Please make sure that you have entered correct shipping address details, this may cause delays in receiving your order or the loss of your order as we are not responsible for delivery mistakes due to incorrect address details.

We offer FREE Shipping for orders over $100. This will automatically occur at checkout time.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & DAMAGED ITEMS
We do not offer change of mind exchanges returns. If your product is faulty, you the buyer will need to pay for postage back to us for an exchange or refund. In return we will pay for shipping your order back to you at no charge for the exchange.
Faulty returns must be delivered back to us within 14 days of the item being received, after being received we will refund your money. Please email us at email@example.com and let us know your reason for return or exchanges please include your order number so we can find your order more quickly.
Please allow 3 business days from when we receive your return, for it to be processed.
Whilst we take care to correctly pack your order for shipping, in cases of breakage during transit you may be entitled to a replacement of the item however we will ask for photo evidence along with your order number. Please ensure you contact us within 5 days of receiving the damaged item caused by the transit damage.
