What is smudging? Smudging is the act of burning plants and herbs which is common to many cultures throughout the world, best associated with Native American traditions. The ancient spiritual root of this intentional act is believed to harness the spirit of sacred plants to cleanse a person, object or space of negative energies.

What is in our smudge kits & mist? 1 pc of pure White Sage with coloured rose petals (cleansing & healing), 1 pc of Palo Santo (cleansing & healing), 1 pc of Selenite Wand (cleansing & clarity) and 1 50ml cleansing mist with prayer cards, 

Our 7 chakra cleansing kits are perfect for unblocking negative energy so positive energy can flow through all chakras so all can be aligned.        

Our chakra cleanse mist 50mls contains 7 essential oils and 7 gemstone crystals: one for each chakra. Essential oils: patchouli, ylang ylang, cardamom, rose geranium, eucalyptus, sandalwood, frankincense. Crystals: red garnet, carnelian, citrine, rose quartz, amazonite, lapis lazuli and amethyst. Abalone Shell - represents the 'water' element, perfect to keep your smudge stick, Palo Santo and selenite wand together between rituals. 

How to use: In one hand hold and light the White Sage and Palo Santo, hold the Selenite wand in the other hand and gently sweep away starting at your crown and then to your feet while stating your intentions or reading a prayer. Shake and spray around your head, body or use with any cleansing ritual.  If your using crystals the Selenite wand cleanses and recharges your crystals by placing them on top of a piece of selenite overnight.
